[INTENDED USE]
The reagent uses ellagic acid as activator and is suitable for automatic thromboelastography analyzer. It is used to evaluate whether the coagulation reaction process of blood endogenous coagulation pathway is normal. Ellagic acid activated the endogenous coagulation pathway, and the whole coagulation process was detected by thromboelastography. The results were used to judge the state of low coagulation, high coagulation and fibrinolysis. The determination items included R, K, angel, Ma and CI.
